In a forest near her home, a young girl discovers colorful, cute, and cuddly creatures—and they are visitors from another planet. Samantha decides to call them “Wooleebees” and gives them names. Grateful for her acceptance of them, in return the Wooleebees gift Samantha with a magical ring. Children of all ages will experience the enchantment of their developing friendship and the wonder of their shared adventures.

IS FOR

“SAMANTHA & THE WOOLEEBEES” is a children’s brand that will be very appealing, especially to girls. Based on comparable children’s franchises, Samantha and The Wooleebees has the potential to generate significant revenue across television, film, gaming, online world-building, and all ancillary rights.

Our goal with our children’s brand is to create a large variety of collectable Wooleebees— some with fur, wings, and eye color combinations that are very rare and eagerly sought after—while continuing to produce quality entertainment to avoid classification as a “trend”.

Revenue Streams
The revenue from a successful children’s brand does not stop with the box office.
Ancillary Rights:
Estimating revenue from ancillary rights is complex as it involves a broad spectrum of potential income streams. The ancillary revenue from a children’s franchise could potentially double or triple the box office, and continue indefinitely.
Ancillary rights include:
Television (Streaming)
Given the box office success, a streaming deal could potentially range in the low to mid seven figures.
Home Entertainment:
This includes physical (DVD, Blu-ray), which still has a market for those who wish to collect physical copies, as well as, digital sales (purchase or rent through platforms like iTunes or Amazon). It's hard to estimate the exact figures, but a successful children's movie, even in the digital age, would reach into the millions.
Redbox:
An automated Retail company is an American video-on-demand streaming and video rental company with a database of 41 million registered users. The company specializes in DVD, Blu-ray, 4K UHD rentals and purchases and formerly video games via automated retail kiosks and TVOD, AVOD and FAST services via its website, Android and iOS apps and many consumer electronic devices.
TV/Syndication:
This could include selling broadcast rights to cable and network TV stations after the initial streaming deal.
Merchandising & Licensing:
Merchandising is a significant source of revenue, especially for children's brands. It includes toys, games, plush and dolls, etc. For a successful brand, this could potentially bring in revenue equal to or even surpassing the box office gross. Licensing involves licensing the characters or the brand for use in various products and services our studio does not wish to develop in-house, own or control, which can range from school products, home goods, to theme park rides, “The Wooleebees on Ice”, and other lucrative live events. The revenue from this can also be significant, especially for a popular movie with appealing characters and can last in perpetuity.
Soundtrack/Album Sales:
If the movie has a popular soundtrack, it can generate revenue from album sales, streaming, and licensing for use in commercials, other movies, etc.

Children’s Properties and Investment Returns
A children’s property “brand,” when managed by our studio and its creator, creates significant returns across multiple distribution platforms. Furthermore, the lifespan of a children’s property is evergreen with several additional and profitable benefits that exceed the potential of adult brands:
Long Shelf Life:
Children's movies often have a longer shelf life and can generate revenue over a more extended period. Kids love to re-watch their favorite movies, and as new generations of children grow up, they become new potential audiences for the film.

Our studio is not just a studio, production and
publishing company. It’s a branding company.

Opportunity
While large-scale Western animation productions from studios like Disney/Pixar and Illumination (family/ comedy) often carry budgets in the hundreds of millions, many anime and anime-inspired projects can be produced for significantly less, sometimes as low as hundreds of thousands per episode. This has allowed a broader range of stories (mostly dramas) to be told, contributing to a passionate and exploding global fanbase for anime.
Our studio will develop properties that—by design and by selection—have at least three exploitable markets. For example, “SAMANTHA & THE WOOLEEBEES” has been developed for print /feature film/ online kids’ apps, licensing and merchandising.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Our studios will bring a slate of exciting animated projects to market—with multiple episodes, movie scripts, artwork, and musical scores. Each one has commercial appeal and the creative edge to expand beyond its initial iterations on television, film, or books. Each property has the qualities needed for spin-offs, sequels, prequels, and merchandise. These future concepts will contribute to the studio’s revenue stream.
In short, an investment in our studio is not tied to a single project. Instead, it’s an investment in current and future development rights, ancillary rights, and revenue from everything that our studio creates, develops, and monetizes. Risk is spread among multiple outlets, and returns are generated in diversified markets.
